Not at all! Personal training is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some gym experience, I’ll create a programme that suits your current level and helps you progress safely and effectively.

What’s the difference between in-person and online coaching?

In-person training gives you face-to-face support, real-time feedback, and that extra motivation in the gym. Online coaching offers flexibility — you’ll get a tailored programme, check-ins, and accountability from me, but you’ll complete your sessions in your own time. Both options are designed to help you reach your goals.

How long will it take to see results?

Results vary depending on your goals, lifestyle, and consistency. Most clients start to notice changes within 4–6 weeks, whether that’s feeling stronger, losing fat, or having more energy. The key is staying consistent with your training and nutrition — I’ll guide you every step of the way.

Can I still enjoy nights out or my favourite foods while training?

Yes! Fitness is about balance. I’ll show you how to enjoy the foods and lifestyle you love while still making progress. The aim isn’t restriction — it’s building sustainable habits that last.
